I work out 5-6 times a week. Mostly running and have run in three marathons, I half, 1 10K and several 5K races. This is what keeps me in shape physically and mentally.
I work with adults and young adults who have suffered with pscychiatric illness and feel that staying in shape is not only great for me, but a motivator for with those I work with. Staying in sahpe means we all can live happier and healthier lives.
